Mona Creta

Mona is a fourth-generation American that grew up with zero exposure to aviation and went on to attain her Bachelor’s degree from CSULA in Business with an emphasis in Marketing Management. She took up a ‘side job’ at the local airport (LAX) working for an international airline as an airline operations services agent. It was there that a relentless love for aviation began. She went on to work for an FBO, a charter company, and a regional airline. Somewhere between coordinating charter trips and helping launch a regional airline station she found her way into the cockpit and to her true heart’s calling. She is now an instrument student aspiring to become an ATP-rated pilot. Her greatest goals of all are to help preserve aviation history, and advocate for safety among the female aviation community. Along the way, she also hopes to encourage other career-changers to go after their wildest dreams.
