I was always interested in aviation from a young age but didn’t start pursuing my pilots license until halfway through my bachelor’s degree when I started taking flying lessons on the side while in college. After I received my Private Pilot’s License in 2018 in Boulder, CO and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sustainability from Colorado Mountain College, I received a scholarship to train at L3Harris Airline Academy in Sanford Florida, where I obtained my Instrument Rating, Commercial License, CFI and CFII. After finishing my training in Florida, I have recently moved back to Colorado and will start working as a flight instructor at the same FBO where I received my Private License. Next I will begin working on my Multi-engine rating while working as a flight instructor.
In my free time I love meeting and volunteering with other women pilots. I love working with PreFlight Aviation Camp for girls, which has been a great way to inspire young girls to become passionate about aviation. Down the line, I would love to become a pilot for the U.S. Forest Service.
